Monae' Nichols, a senior at Texas Tech, finished fourth in the women's long jump final with a wind-legal mark of 21-7.25 (6.58m) in the third round at the Toyota USATF Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. Nichols already secured the World Championships qualifying standard with her mark of 22-10.25 (6.97m) on May 15 at the Big 12 Championships in Lubbock.
